Everyone is different. We each have a unique metabolism and need different quantities of macronutrients – proteins, fats, carbohydrates, etc. – to look and feel our best AND to achieve fat loss. I don’t write “diet plans” because, truth be told, the best “diet plan” is the one you create for yourself over time, based on your preferences, your personality and your lifestyle! I guide my clients every step of the way. Let’s get to know YOU and YOUR body.
Food is not the enemy.
Look around. Food is everywhere. Most weight loss and diet plans depend on self-control and willpower. Why do so many trainers and so-called weight loss experts keep telling their clients to “eat less” and “eat this, not that”? It fails, time and time again.
Part of experiencing life to the fullest includes tasting all the amazing foods the world has to offer – but you don’t have to sacrifice your health and physique along the way! We’re going to work WITH your body’s physiology and, after mastering a few basic principles, you’ll be able to find and choose fat loss food in any real-world situation.
