“I’m a mom of two and wanted a change. A change to be healthier, but not starve myself. That’s when I met Leslie Ann and she changed my life forever. {NEW} Tammy

Tammy was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 10 years ago.

Her doctors prescribed pain meds for her fibromyalgia, but guess what worked better than pills?  Regular exercise and eating real food!  She is treating her disease with MOVEMENT – and it’s working.  Initially, I was concerned about training someone with fibromyalgia, but Tammy is one of the hardest working and most capable women I work with. She can do 90% of the exercises I plan for her, and we make modifications for the rest.   She has also added Les Mills BODYFLOW® classes in addition to our 2x a week training sessions.  I am SO proud of her!
